Founded in Austin and now with 32 locations, "Hopdoddy Burger Bar" is a hip, eco-conscious burger restaurant in Austin, Texas. It serves all-natural meats, housemade buns, shakes, and interesting beers. Some of the most popular dishes include the Ahi Tuna Burger, Parmesan Truffle Fries, and Mother Nature Burger.
This is one of the go-to spots to bring people from out of town as the burgers are objectively amazing if a little pricey. Note that there are multiple locations around Austin but the specials are usually the same.
